Rabbit with Olives

Ingredients

  • 50ml olive oil
  • 1 onion cut into slices
  • 6 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 whole rabbit cut into pieces
  • 100 ml tomato passata
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 200ml white wine
  • 50g whole pitted black olives
  • 200ml water
  • a pinch of salt
  • pepper

Step 1

Inser StirAssist in the bowl, add the oil, onion, and garlic

Step 2

Select Fry P2 function and press Start to begin cooking STEP 1.

Step 3

At the end of STEP 1, add the flour. Press Start to complete cooking.

Step 4

When the tone sounds, add the rabbit, the tomato sauce, thyme, wine, olives and water.

Step 5

Select Stew P7 function then press Start to begin cooking STEP 1.

Step 6

At the end of STEP 1, season to taste with salt and pepper. Press Start to begin STEP 2.

Step 7

At the end of STEP 2, add a few tablespoons of water if necessary. Press Start to finish cooking.

Step 8

Serve hot.
